Forgot your password?

Please click the "Forget your password" on this website, (https://cnatools.vtc.edu.hk/) to reset a new password.

For staff users, "Forget your password" requires your password reset keys. If you forget your password reset keys, please complete the CNA Application form and send to support staff for processing.

My CNA password is expired and I cannot login now? What can I do?

Please change your password once and your CNA will be re-activated automatically.
